Anthony Karam won't be penalised for breaching Sydney's COVID public health orders

A man once dubbed Sydney's public enemy number one won't be penalised for breaching the city's strict public health orders last year.

Anthony Karam failed to isolate after testing positive for COVID and refused to wear a mask, but a magistrate has found he's suffered enough.
