Biofortification

National Health Federation President Scott Tips intervention/argument against the use of GMO foods in the definition of Biofortification. NHF is at the Codex Committee on Food Labelling in Ottawa, Canada. This is highly important that we not reach for something we perceive to be "organic" because of the word "Bio" in this definition, and to have that food contain GMOs!! This would be label deception in the extreme.
