Taggart destruction doesn't maintain equipment

Laziness, and not even moving multiple bulldozers and cranes to oil, GREASE or lubricate any tracks, gears etc that we would get done monthly in battalion. I was in a mechanized regiment in the infantry and worked with tankers all the time in the field and overseas. I showed a tanker friend this video and he confirmed that this is harassment noise that is due to negligence of crew and easily rectified and mitigated by doing the proper checks and maintenance on vehicles. Especially this large and this close to homes, on a heritage site that was never planned to be destroyed, thousands of trees and animals destroyed for a pizza shop to take over a stone heritage building.
