Hip Thrust for Athletic Performance

This technique, position, and tempo is not for bodybuilding as such, but it's more for developing power and performance for athletes. However it can still be used as part of Hypertrophy programme.
This video I'm performing 10 reps at 170kg at explosive tempo, prioritising the concentric, but without totally sacrificing the eccentric part of the movement.
