Muhammad Invented Quarantine

Did the Prophet of Islam know about quarantine? In Sahih al-Bukhari 5728 we read: “If you hear of an outbreak of plague in a land, do not enter it; but if the plague breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place.”
Seems like this is a scientific miracle but there are doubts & in this video we will examine them.
