Halloween this year was stained by violence across the country

Across the country, several Halloween celebrations ended in violence. In Chicago, police are investigating a drive-by shooting that left 14 people, including a toddler, shot. In Kansas City, one teenager was killed and six others injured at a Halloween house party.
