HOW TO expand your SPANISH speaking SKILLS
Spanish speakers use a variety of words to express their emotions, a state of mind that is caused by an experience and is expressed physiologically and behaviorally. For example, when people win the lottery (event) they feel happy, thus expressed by smiling and jumping (behavior) and a fast heartbeat (physiological). Knowing words that express different types of emotions and feelings such as sadness, happiness, anger, disgust, and surprise in Spanish is important to be able to fluently communicate with Spanish speakers. Through emotions people can express their human nature, especially, when speaking in a Romance language like Spanish. The following section will provide examples of words used to express emotion by Spanish speakers around the world.
