Imagine a place where the prestigious reside in their massive, well-kept homes with manicured lawns and free flowing swimming pools.

Located in La Jolla, California, just one mile from the Pacific Ocean, The Enclave is a community that houses not only the well-to-do and most influential citizens of the town but their secrets and their pasts as well.

Who would guess that the notorious Doctor Camden McCormick had spent much of his childhood in a mental institution? Now, a renowned Neurosurgeon, one of the very best in the field, he was living out the promise he had made as a young boy to all the bullies who teased him. “You will bow down to me,” he had vowed.

Lawrence Kent was deemed The Tiger. He was famous for his skills as a divorce attorney. He represented the richest and most famous men around and made sure they left their marriages free of alimony and child support. More than one of his clients’ ex-wives had committed suicide, thus the nickname.

Lawrence was the complete opposite at home, however. He adored his wife, Esther, and their twin daughters. He couldn’t imagine life without them but then came the day he had to say “goodbye”.

Emerson Keane was the very glue that held her family together growing up with a handicapped father. She made things happen. That’s what she did.

As a result of a horrible accident in her teen years, Emerson put to paper the sketches she had always created in her head of a timeless fashion line of beachwear. By the time she had graduated school, she found herself the owner of a very successful shop and clothing line. But could Keane Beachwear satisfy her every desire?

That is the question that burned in the mind of Griffin Grant. Griffin was born into a family of wealth. Money could not buy him a happy home life, however. His parents divorced when he was a young boy, but the money kept rolling in and that was what mattered. When he was sixteen, his father, a self-made real estate millionaire, passed away, leaving him the family fortune. He had all that he could want or need. Or did he? If only money could buy Emerson, his life would be complete.
“The Enclave” takes you into the lives of the residents of the exclusive gated community, shows you their homes and their influential careers but takes you into their hearts as well. You will laugh and cry as the stories twist and turn but most of all, you will want to move in “The Enclave” yourself with the characters you are about to meet.
