Rep. Andy Biggs on 'pandemic amnesty:' I disagree with the fundamental premise

Congressman Andy Biggs said that after the inhuman treatment of the elderly and American children, the overriding of our election laws in an election year, and the stripping away of the rights of so many Americans, "pandemic amnesty" is not the way to go.
