David DePape's lawyer will look into his 'mental state'

Paul Pelosi's alleged attacker's attorney, Deputy Public Defender Adam Lipson, told the press on Tuesday that his team intends to do a comprehensive investigation into what happened, including an examination of Mr. DePape's mental state.
