The big boys: Feeding the resident turkeys of Mud Lake

These are two male turkeys that live at Mud Lake, in the city of Ottawa, Canada. I affectionately call them the big boys. They recognize me as a source of food, namely salty peanuts. They sure love those, and I learn about turkeys in the process. When I'm done feeding them, I show my empty hands to say that feeding time is over, and they gotta go look for their own food.
