Victim's husband: 'This is not the Minnesota I know and love'

John's wife was a victim of an attempted carjacking in Uptown Minneapolis. She and their young daughter and niece were approached and held at gunpoint at 11 a.m. on a Sunday. John, along with police, is urging the governor to call a special session now to address crime.
