Former OpenSea Product Manager Nate Chastain Arrested by the FBI for Alleged NFT Insider Trading

Too often, insider trading is overlooked and subverted in markets such as with the stock market. Lucky for NFT traders, the crypto space can be a lot easier to prove when direct parties are responsible. Nate Chastain had to find this out the hard way.

This past Wednesday morning, the FBI arrested him in New York City and charged him with wire fraud and money laundering in connection with an NFT insider trading scheme.
