Starbucks Pumpkin Loaf CopyCat! How To Make A Healthier Version | Low Carb | Keto

Ingredients
Dry ingredients
2 1/4 cups almond flour
1/2 cup sweetener
1-2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Wet ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 Cup pumpkin purée
2 tbsp vanilla extract
7 1/2 tbsp avocado oil, or butter
Pinch of salt
2-4 tbsp roughly chopped pumpkin seed

Directions:

1. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour into prepared loaf pan with parchment
3. Sprinkle chopped pumpkin seeds on top
4. Shape and bake at 350 35 to 45 minutes
5. Allow to cool completely
