Halloween horror as gangs of youths spark fireworks chaos in Stratford

A MUM and baby were among those caught up in violent chaos as thugs hurled fireworks in cities across Britain.

Footage showed a woman with a baby in a pram being hit by a rocket in Stratford, East London after it was launched by a lout taking part in violent "firework wars".
