Porter Bruks family to sue DPD for $50M

On October 2, 20-year-old Porter Burks had a deadly encounter with Detroit police. Burks family called DPD because they feared for his safety and others. Burks suffers from schizophrenia and has a history of stabbing people. He was walking around with a knife that day.
