📒 On behalf of the Minister of Defence of Russia General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia has sent instructions to the commanders of military districts and the Northern Fleet to have reported the conclusion of the partial mobilisation until 1 November.

◽️ According to the abovementioned instructions, all the measures within the citizens’ conscription to the military service from the reserve have been completed.

◽️ Preparation of documents and issuing conscription notices are to be finished.

◽️ Notification posts and headquarters, assembly points at military commissariats, as well as the buildings and facilities allocated by regional executive authorities for the implementation of the partial mobilisation are to be released for their previous operational purpose.

◽️ Moreover, the instructions suppose all the military commissariats' personnel involved in implementing the partial mobilisation to have returned to their routine operation by 31 October.

◽️ The work of military commissariats related to manning the Armed Forces of Russia is to be organised further only within enlisting volunteers and candidates for the professional military service.
