The modern name of the giant panda (that is, the name commonly used in China) was originally named panda or giant panda, which means that its face is as chubby as a cat, but its whole body is like a bear, and some even put it under the Ursidae family. Before the 1950s, the Chinese language was written in a straight script, reading from right to left, and then from left to right when it was changed to horizontal script. When it was displayed in Beibei Museum, Sichuan in 1939, it was explained that the title was in horizontal script, known as pandas. At that time, visitors were used to reading from right to left, and mistook it for pandas.
