Halloween celebration turns to tragedy in South Korea

At least two Americans are among the 154 confirmed dead in a crowd-surge during a Halloween celebration in South Korea. The accident happened when the crowd pushed in on people stuck in a narrow alleyway. The government of South Korea has declared a week of mourning.
