Jack Miller Questions Why Quartararo Re-Signed With Yamaha
Moto World
Fabio Quartararo only has a very outside chance of defending his championship as he is now 23 points behind Pecco Bagnaia going into the season finale. A constant narrative has been that Fabio’s Yamaha M1 hasn’t been up to the mark
I'm your host Dillon Shelley and first up on Moto World:
Jack Miller Questions Why Quartararo Re-Signed With Yamaha
Jack, while speaking to Moto Sprint, started off by speaking about his imminent move to KTM
“Yes, the Austrian RC16 is really good. I will concentrate and strive to do a good job, apart from the blah blah blah consisting of the usual words and complaints”
He suggested that all the bikes on the MotoGP grid are competitive
“Nowadays, every bike is fast and powerful, there are no inferior and disadvantaged bikes”
“We only hear words, but in the end the facts count and the facts show the great balance of this championship”
He further reacted to suggestions that Quartararo is at a disadvantage because of his bike
“That's what they say, but we have to think that all the bikes are valid and competitive”
“Fabio Quartararo keeps complaining about the power and speed of his M1, but why has he re-signed for Yamaha?”
He signed off by reiterating his views
“I think that all MotoGP bikes are good and he had the opportunity to move. Why didn't he?”
“There are no bad bikes today, all the brands are competitive”
