Recipe:
Serves 2-4
4 chicken thighs.
1 lemon
1/2 tsp black pepper divided
1/2 tsp. white pepper divided
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt. ( for chicken seasoning and gravy)
A.P. flour for coating
plus 1 1/2 tbsp.
1 1/2 tbsp. of salted butter
2 tbsp. of olive oil for frying pan
1 large clove of garlic minced or chopped
1 sprig of rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 cup of white wine ( your favorite table white will do)
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth or stock.
1/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes ( optional)
