Former FBI Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive Eugene Palmer was on the list until earlier this year. Eugene was the oldest person on the list, being 73 when he allegedly killed his daughter-in-law Tammy Palmer. Eugene went ghost following the brutal shotgun murder and many have theorised in that time about where he may have gone.
