Voices: The Heart

Everything we do and say has significance. Words are very powerful. At LSC, we have a great revelation to walk out the
prophecy of Jesus Christ and His Kingdom. We chronicle our journey as a church, so we can clearly see God is directing
us as He brings His prophetic confirmation again and again. Therefore, it is essential that we know the voice of our Lord.
God directs us personally and corporately as a church.
Our decree first released in St. Clair County at We The County Days last Saturday October 22, 2022:
We decree: “God’s righteousness is in the gates over Michigan. Everyone who is corrupting, seducing, sexualizing,
coercing, and harming God’s children, it would be better for you to tie a millstone around your neck and be cast into the
sea then to harm one of these little ones! Therefore, Repent before it is too late, God’s wave of justice is upon us!”
The 4 Gates Vision from God: “LSC is My tabernacle in the center of the gates,” (2-24-20).
The 4 th Gate Not Ashamed Rally on 2-29-22, at Faith Gospel Tabernacle in Bad Axe placing LSC in the center of the 4
Gates. The culminating Scripture opening a great portal over the Thumb;
Isa 45:8 "Rain down, you heavens, from above, And let the skies pour down righteousness; Let the earth open, let them
bring forth salvation, And let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it.”
What we listen to, we become, be it the voice of the Holy Spirit leading to righteousness and liberty, or the voice of
demonic selfishness leading to destruction. We are a three-part being having a spirit, soul and body. Our soul also
consists of three parts; our mind, will and emotions.
Our mind is our filter that determines what we let in or keep out of our heart based on what is already in our heart. Our
emotions are seated in our heart, our mind is seated in our brain and our will is the product of our mind and emotions
working together. If we “will” to do something with only our mind, it is lacking strength. Once our mind and emotions
come together, it creates a powerful force. This force can be for good or evil. What we believe (our faith) lives in our
heart.
Rom 6:16-19 “Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one's slaves whom you
obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? 17 But God be thanked that though you
were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. 18 And having been
set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.”
Obeyed, Strong’s #5219 Greek, hupakouo (hoop-ak-oo-oh): To hear as a subordinate, listen attentively, obey as a
subject, answer and respond, submit without reservation. Hupakouo was used particularly of servants who were
attentive to the requests make to them and who complied. The word thus contains the ideas of hearing, responding and
obeying (W/W Spirit Filled Life Bible).
How we respond to what we hear determines what we give our authority to. Adam and Eve listened to the serpent in
the Garden and responded by doing what he said, and thus gave their authority to Satan.
The voice of God speaks to our heart and audibly to our ears. He speaks to us through Scriptures, visions, dreams,
confirmation and other avenues. The three main sources of spiritual voices speaking to us in our mind are:
1) Our own voice and thoughts
2) God’s voice through the Holy Spirit
3) The voice of the demonic.

Outside sources: We also hear voices from people and other sources.
Cell phones are connected to people’s brains and dictate the direction of many.
Social media can remove us from in-person relationships and into a virtual on-line existence.
Friends, family, co-workers, and community.
Gamers live in an alternate dimension when it becomes an obsession. Their view of reality is altered. The game is
programming their mind.
Music, books, shows, commercials.
The Church is commanded to assemble together IN PERSON.
Heb 10:19-25 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way
which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21 and having a High Priest over the house of God, 22 let
us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our
bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is
faithful. 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of
ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day
approaching.
Jesus said “Where two or three are gathered in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”
Matt 18:19-20 "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for
them by My Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of
them."
What we listen to, we become. It will draw us in a certain direction be it toward God or away from Him.
#1 Most Important Thing We Do To Hear From God Is Our Daily Prayer Time
***See “I Am A Kingdom Builder” brochure.
We see and hear through our heart, and then we speak according to what is in our heart.
What voices are we letting into our heart?
#1 thing that will block God’s voice and the flow of the Holy Spirit is unforgiveness. Forgiveness is not a feeling it is a
choice.
