After High-Speed Chase & Gun Battle, Suspect's TEARS FLOW

Oklahoma City Police pursued a car on October 18 that was used in a drive-by shooting, which led to a car chase, followed by a gun battle, with the driver of the car shooting at police. The incident came to an end when the suspect surrendered himself to authorities after negotiations -- and broke down in tears.
