Increased risk for DVT/PE in the vaccinated, what to do.?

Vaccinated patients have an risk increased risk for DVT/PE as evidence by elevated D dimer levels. Both unvaccinated vaccinated/boosted patients have elevated levels of CRP and IL6 levels; markers of inflammation and immune response respectively. But the elevated D dimer levels are preferential seen in vaccinated/boosted patients.This is commonly seen in patients who subsequently get covid after vaccination. Here are a few things to consider.
