Subway in Kiev stopped, no electricity, 80% of the city is without water, cell phone service disruptions started.

In Dnieper, traffic for all types of transport on the South Bridge was blocked after the explosions, and some bus routes were cancelled.

In Vinnitsa region residents will be left without electricity for eight hours.

In Kharkov, trolleybuses and streetcars have been replaced by buses, the subway is de-energized, and there are problems with the water supply."
