True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips ARRESTED, Held in Contempt of Court

This morning, in the US Court of Southern District in Texas, Federal Judge Kenneth Hoyt held True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and True the Vote investigator Gregg Phillips in contempt of court over their refusal to identify a confidential informant related to their exposure of Election Software company Konnech. Konnech CEO Eugene Yu sued True the Vote in September over their allegations that election data has been stored in China. One month later, Konnech CEO was arrested over storing election worker's data on servers in China. Ingham County, MI Prosecutors Office Unit Chief Nicole Matusko called Mr. Yu a significant flight risk and explained how they believed he was attempting to potentially flee the United States. after law enforcement caught him with luggage or a backpack in his vehicle on the way to the airport in Michigan. Mr.Yu left his cell phone at home.

Engelbrecht and Phillips have been arrested taken into custody by US Marshalls and are currently being held.
