Xbox’s Phil Spencer has been reported talking about Game Pass growth and was even quoted and (finally) saying the service is profitable. This is pretty big as one of the biggest critiques of the service has been it’s lack of profitability. So this week we dive into this news and to the potential problem Xbox now faces similar to Xbox; how to maintain this balance between the huge costs to maintain content on the platform and subscriber growth. Additionally we touch on a few other small items and a new regular segment for the show.
