The Body of Christ

The True Church is The Body of Christ. Not a denomination or a Religion.

Doctrines Divide / Love Unites

Ephesians 5:23
For the husband is the head of the wife, as "Christ" Is The Head of the Church, His "body", of which He is the Savior.

Colossians 1:18
And He is the Head of the "body", the Church:
who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence.

Ephesians 4:4-6
There is one "body" and one Spirit, just as
you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
One God 'and Father' of all, who is over all
and through all and "in" all.

The Body of Christ is also, Not a wafer.

John 6:51
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And this bread, which I will give
for the life of the world, is My flesh."
Jesus is The Word of God (John 1:1)
And, The Word became flesh. (John 1:14)

Feed your spirit through the windows to your soul. You are what you eat.

1st Corinthians 12:12-31
The body is a unit, though it is composed of many parts. And although its parts are many, they all form one body. So it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, slave or free, and we were all given one 'Spirit' to "drink".

For the body does not consist of one part, but of many. If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body.
And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body.
If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? But in fact, God has arranged the members of the body, every one of them, according to His design. If they were all one part, where would the body be? As it is, there are many parts, but one body.

The eye cannot say to the hand, “I do not need you.” Nor can the head say to the feet, “I do not need you.”

On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, and the parts we consider less honorable, we treat with greater honor. And our unpresentable parts are treated with special modesty,
whereas our presentable parts have no such need.

But God has composed the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its members should have mutual concern for one another. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.

Now "you" are the body of Christ, and each of you is a member of it. And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, and those with gifts of healing, helping, administration, and various tongues. (No pope)

Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues?
Do all interpret? But eagerly desire the greater gifts. And now I will show you the most excellent way. Love: 1st Corinthians 13

1st Corinthians 14:1-4
Earnestly "pursue love" and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy. For he who speaks in a tongue does not
speak to men, but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries in the Spirit. But he who prophesies, speaks to men for their edification, encouragement, and comfort. The one who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but the one who prophesies, edifies the church.

Pursue Love

Love is the Fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Galatians 5:22-25
The Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Against such things there is no law.

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us also
walk in step with the Spirit.

Ephesians 2:18-22
For through Him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. Therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of God’s household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the cornerstone. In Him the whole building is fitted together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord. And in Him "you too"
are being built together into a dwelling place for God in His Spirit.

1st Corinthians 3:16
Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells within you?
