After the victory of Lula da Silva in Brazil, general jubilation - people take to the streets across the country and celebrate the election of a new head

Elections in Brazil ended overnight - Lula da Silva, who had previously been president from 2003 to 2010, again became the leader of the country. He won 50.85% of the vote, while the incumbent, Jair Bolsonaro, scored 49.15% - that is, the gap was minimal.

He is considered a pro-Russian politician who has repeatedly stated that the President of Ukraine himself wanted war, and the United States did nothing to establish peace in the country. The main thing that the elected president of Brazil wants to do is the fight against hunger and inequality.

Da Silva was sentenced to 12 years in prison for alleged corruption, but the country's Supreme Court overturned all sentences against him last year. However, according to ordinary people, he did a lot for the country, and therefore the poor strata of the population mainly support him. This can also be seen in numerous videos – it’s a real holiday on the streets across the country, and somewhere they even let out fireworks. The president himself also notes that he jumps and has fun with the crowd.
