◼️ After a long, hard-working life, sometimes it's time to start something new. For Greta Thunberg, that realization comes before her 20th birthday.
◼️ Thunberg will retire from active work at Fridays for Future and become an ambassador for the Swedish foundation 'Mina Stora Dag', which grants wishes to children with serious illnesses.
◼️ A notorious Friday truant, she followed classes so attentively from Mondays to Thursdays that she was able to act as a virus or vaccination expert (video) in addition to the climate issue. She supported Ukraine ("Stand with Ukraine") but spoke out against Sweden joining NATO. She called the early shutdown of German nuclear power plants a mistake, which met with criticism from the German 'Fridays for Future'. As a multi-purpose political weapon, however, the art figure 'Greta' was a worthwhile investment.
