DEMOCRATIC FASCISM: Latvia has already halted visas for Russians, and may not only BAN the Russian language, but issue FINES for its use; it is one of few countries that WITHHOLDS citizenship from a minority group who were BORN there; "non-citizens" applies to the ELDERLY who didn't manage to learn Latvian after the collapse of the USSR - and for this they have NO RIGHTS.
