Jerusalem's Foundation of Horses, Ancient and Gigantic

Jerusalem is covered in Horses of many current unseen breeds. Gigantic, some miles long. The location of the roadsand construction are controlled by the placement of the Horses and other beings.
The horses and others placed are there for the Watchers in the skies to understand the present mankind narrative of the local area.
Being that they are soul farmers, they look for key elements in mankind in order to manipulate towards their harvesting goals. They seek those who walk in their souls / self to manipulate, for they are easy pickings.
