4 to 5 cups of water + 4 Tbsp chicken bouillon or Chicken broth
7 Guajillo chiles
7 eggs
2 large potatoes
3/4 of cup lard or vegetable shortening
2 packs of your favorite chorizo
Optional- pickled jalapeños and cheese
