SUICIDAL THOUGHTS ARE KILLING ME / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: Thank you so much for your Coffee Break podcast. I look forward to it each day. It is the foundation for my personal study and prayer time. You have talked about suicide. Your advice was to only kill whatever it is inside of us that needs to die, but preserve our own lives. That is very good advice. But my question is, how can I honestly identify and kill what needs to die? It just doesn't seem that easy to me. Please help.
