Bolsonaro still to concede - President-elect Lula

Brazil's President-elect, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, rallied thousands in Sao Paulo on Saturday (October 30) after winning the presidential second-round election, pledging to tackle poverty and telling supporters that Bolsonaro was still to call him to concede.
