Food minister Mark Spencer used the example of 'a little man in China' when describing phone hacking dangers as a government minister in response to being quizzed about former PM Liz Truss' 'phone hacking' incident.

He said Liz Truss was 'clearly' hacked and talked about phone security briefings they get as an MP.

"You have to be careful. Maybe there's some little man in China listening to the conversation between me and my wife," the minister, tells Sky News.
