Oahu's Public Gun Range Is Under Attack!

Hawaii Government Officials have always found new and innovative ways to waste tax payer money but Oahu's only Free Public Gun Range is essential to the health of the community, worthy of our tax payer dollars. It's been closed for more than a month now first beginning with a ricochet incident which restricted all calibers except for the 22LR. They said that they would need to cover the berms with dirt with a berm renovation plan that was supposed to begin in October. Then they said there was a staff shortage so the range would be closed indefinitely until they could solve that. Now we have some liberals in Hawaii Kai that are attempting to use possible lead contamination in the berms as an excuse to keep the shooting complex shut down for good. Jessica Priya reports on the current state of the complex and refers back to KHON's recent coverage of HPD's conceal carry permit stalling as well as the issue that the public needs Oahu's only free public shooting range to open once again.
