Russia quits grain deal violated by Ukraine and its backers

Russia has pulled out of the grain deal, accusing Kiev of taking advantage of the secure transport corridor to launch an attack on the Russian Navy in Crimea. Meanwhile, Ukraine is to send a dozen cargo ships today, under a UN-brokered deal. RT’s Donald Courter investigates Western cherry-picking within the grain agreement.
