Space X Falcon 9 Starlink Launch from Vandenberg Space Force Complex, CA and flies over Yuma AZ. The Starlink satellites are carried to an altitude of 340 miles above the earth. Once in orbit, the Falcon 9 returns back to earth and safely lands at Vandenberg. The satellite can remain in orbit for about 5 years providing communication services. After 5 years it will begin to fall towards earth and burn up in the atmosphere before making land fall. The Falcon 9 rocket has previously launched 5 other Starlink missions. Additionally, the Falcon 9 was involved with NASA's Double Asteroid Redirection Test, commonly known as DART.
