The question of how to forgive someone is one that I asked myself for years and years before I finally landed on the important things I was NOT doing for myself that were keeping me stuck in the poopy crap.

I don't know about you, but a lot of the people I serve have been stuck in the same trap, so this video covers a VERY important perspective shift that helped me see myself, my body's injury, and my whole life and everyone in it, in a whole new way.

It changed my life forever.

It has helped me learn how to forgive someone, no matter how many times they hurt me.

Even real time.

It has helped me learn how to validate myself, and others, and especially to hold space for the process to take as long as my injury needs so that my brain can get its head around the logical awesomeness of shifting.

Learning that I (actual me) is the observer made all the difference.

It meant I could practice empathy in all it's magnificent glory...

And my body could learn to finally trust me.

Trust that I won't tell it to hurry up.

Trust that I won't try to get it to skip steps (even if it wants to sometimes).

Trust that I get it.

Trust that I am here, with wise questions, and perspectives that shed light in dark corners and leave my body feeling like it could float away on the sunshine.

That's what a good healer does for the person they are serving.

It's what works best in my own parenting and I love to pass that along.
