Used needle in Toronto children's park

This is how the city of Toronto protects our children from their ineptitude at controlling drug use and homelessness. Maybe if they spent 1% of the money they spent on lodging the homeless in expensive hotels on actually cleaning our parks from dangerous needles, I wouldn't need to make these videos.
