IS POWER , AUTHORITY?

When people think about the hierarchies of different cultures and industries, the first that comes to mind is power and authority, however most people can't differentiate power from authority, power is the capacity an individual has to influence the will and or conduct of others, while authority is the legal right an individual has to give comands,orders and instructions, people in authority don't necessarily have incredible amount of power. this video will help you understand the difference between power and authority and how to identify power or authority when you see them.
