I'm awake, aware, and at intervals an asshole. Also, I adore alliteration. I ponder life and death and explore vulnerability. I have a Spirit Guide named Larry who found me in meditation while I was at rehab.

I hop around the country a bit. Family of Origin in Jersey, my children are in Texas, my husband is in Colorado, and my Sober Family is in Mississippi.

I don't get to see my children often and I don't share details about that, but I touch upon it and the journey through that experience has grown my soul. This surprises me because the Old Me would have used it as an excuse to spiral downward. But something happened. Is happening. To me.
