First Milestone! No longer Class 3 Obese with Carnivore Keto

After fasting for 46 hours, I hit my first milestone of the series. My BMI has dropped below 40, that means I'm no longer class III Obese (aka morbidly obese). Best of all, there was no bounceback after I broke my fast, and in fact I lost a few more pounds. I consider that a huge success.

The path ahead is still a long one. However, my next check in video should have another milestone to celebrate. Cutting this up into little goals and celebrating each milestone helps with the willpower.

I know I need a better camera as this webcam doesn't cut it. But any other suggestions or encouragement is highly appreciated.
