Small Ball Leg Workout

Great 10 minute leg workout using a small ball!!
All exercises can be done without a ball, so jump in even if you don't have a fitness ball. If using a small ball, be sure to utilize it as much as possibly by applying slight pressure on the ball, which will maximize muscle activation.
Be sure to warm up before this workout!
