Military Affairs The Ukrainian UAV Attack on the Russian Navy fleet in Sevastopol

Saturday, 29 October, Ukraine launched an unsuccessful UAV attack on the Russian Fleet in Sevastopol with the result that Russia withdrew from the Russian/Ukrainian Grain Deal, agreed in July. The deal was supposed to terminate at the end of October. It was a one side deal, to date, where only the Ukrainian part was honored by the Western Nations. Russia has has indicated that it will export 500 000 tons of grain to poor countries where famine is a huge possibility.
