At least 151 people are dead and 82 seriously injured in a crowd surge that some people are calling a STAMPEDE. The victims, mostly in their 20s were out to enjoy the first HALLOWEEN night out since COVID restrictions were lifted. The numbers of dead and seriously injured are expected to increase.
