The Twitter Killer I Takahiro Shiraishi I Japanese Serial Killer

Takahiro Shiraishi is the infamous Japanese Serial Killer who between August to October of 2017, have murdered nine people including three high school girls. He met them on twitter, media later called him as the "Twitter Killer".
