Johnny Grube doing 10 - 70 lb heavy bag slams, 30 shoveling exercises (15 each side) using 35 lb shovel, 220 lb Trap Bar Carry 20 yards (10 yards up and back)

Repeat 6 times.

60 - 70 lb heavy bag slams.
180 - 35 lb Shoveling exercises.
6 - 220 lb Trap Bar Pick up and Carry
10 yards and 10 yards back for 120 yards.

I think most men think these are useless workouts yet I'm never on social crying about injuries and acting like a pussy trying to get validation from other men trying to be a bigger pussy.
